Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

This policy applies to purchases from FIRST 8 SNOOKER CENTRE SDN. BHD. 202601023534 (1685631-H) through first8snookercentre.com.

Customers must contact first8snookercentre@outlook.com within 24 hours of receiving an order if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from the purchased listing. Please include the order number, clear photos or videos of the product, packaging and delivery label, and a short explanation of the issue.

For snooker cues, cue cases, racks, rests and table accessories, returned items must be unused, clean, complete and in the original packaging where practical. Cue shafts, tips, joints, case locks, rack shape and cloth-care accessories may be inspected before an exchange, refund or replacement is approved.

Returns may be refused where the item has been used in play, modified, damaged through misuse, exposed to moisture, mishandled during installation or storage, or returned without sufficient evidence. Normal colour, wood grain, finish, weight and measurement variation may occur between batches and product photos.

Approved refunds or exchanges will be handled according to the condition of the item and the original order details. Return delivery costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is confirmed to be caused by our fulfilment error.
