Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

FIRST 8 SNOOKER CENTRE SDN. BHD. reviews return, refund, or exchange requests for accepted issues only: wrong item sent, item materially different from the product page, product damaged or defective on arrival, or delivery exceeding the stated shipping timeline.

Snooker Product Condition Rules

For snooker cues, cue cases, gloves, chalk, racks, rests, table-care tools, and related accessories, eligibility depends on product condition, size or selection accuracy, product dimensions, weight, colour/finish checks, compatibility with the intended cue or table setup, and evidence before use.

Cases That May Be Declined

Requests may be declined for wear from play, chalk or grip marks after use, dents or scratches caused after receipt, moisture or poor-storage damage, customer misuse, modification, unsuitable installation, wrong size/selection chosen by the customer, missing packaging, or insufficient evidence.

Evidence Needed

Customers should provide clear order details, photos, and where possible a continuous unboxing video showing the sealed parcel, shipping label, packaging, and product condition before the item is used or installed.

Request Deadline

Requests must be submitted to first8snookercentre@outlook.com within 24 hours after receiving the parcel. Late requests or requests without sufficient evidence may not be accepted.

Outcome After Review

If approved, we may arrange a replacement, exchange, refund, or another suitable resolution depending on the issue, product condition, and available stock.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be refunded to the original payment method or the customer’s bank account, as applicable.

Returning Items

Items must not be sent back without approval. Our team will advise the return method for approved cases.
